- Discussion and decision between student and parents/guardians
- Agreement to attend Midway between student and parents/guardians
- Go to our application
- Midway application – click here
- Click submit at the bottom of the application. Your application will go directly to the campus counselor.
- You will receive notification from the counselor to set up an interview with both the student and parents/guardians.
- The Interview – click here
- Acceptance and schedule
- New students begin on Tuesdays
